The Mondial des cidres SAQ 2017
From March 3rd, 2017 to March 5th, 2017
Twenty local cider-makers will be on-site to showcase cider in all its variations—sparkling, sweet, dry, iced, flavoured, etc.
Local producers will also be present to make you taste new and delicious pairings.
Tasting workshops, live music, ingenious mixologists, gourmet station with chef Jonathan Rassi, spokesperson for the event, and a festive Nuit Blanche are all part of the program.
