An artistic pathway invites you to rediscover the neighbourhood through art.

CRÉER DES PONTS is a major initiative by the organization Art Souterrain, in partnership with the Ville de Montréal, that offers emerging artists a studio for 3 months at the heart of the city’s downtown core.

Ten glass exhibition cubes, located throughout the island, will house exciting contemporary works of art. These unique semi-transparent rectangular cubes invite the public to walk around them to discover the artwork.

Complexe visitors will be able to view a work by Myriam Simard Parent on the esplanade of its Ste-Catherine Street entrance.

With a naive sensibility, the artist creates autonomous or performative objects primarily from wood or metal. Certain of her works will be arranged inside the cube to form an installation similar to a sculptural still life.
