Customer service hours
Wireless access is free throughout the shopping centre. Connect to the “@Complexe Desjardins— Gratuit” network and follow the instructions to use it.
Treat family, friends, employees and partners to a Complexe Desjardins gift card! Choose any amount between $5 and $500.
Accepted payment methods: cash, Interac or credit card (American Express excluded) The Complexe Desjardins gift card has no expiry date, cannot be exchanged and is non-refundable.
After 18 months of activation, a fee is charged by the gift card service provider.The gift card is valid at the majority of our stores. Consult the complete list here.

Complexe Desjardins runs a lost and found service at the operation centre / security, located on level 2 (Métro). A lost and found service is available at the Operation centre / security, located level 2 (Métro).
The Centre is equipped with large automatic doors as well as washrooms and elevators for people with reduced mobility. They also have access to reserved parking spots.
If you wish, you may borrow a wheelchair at the customer service desk, level 3 (Rue). A piece of identity is required.
Complexe Desjardins offers two nursing rooms: one beside the operation centre / security on level 2 (Métro) and the other at our food court Le RENDEZ-VOUS, just behind the escalator.
Customer service agents offer personalized guided tours of the Centre. To arrange yours, head to the customer service desk.
The Complexe Desjardins security department ensures that every visitor enjoys a pleasant and safe experience.
Always on-site (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), security agents are trained to intervene in all types of situations (first aid training, emergency response, etc.) and are available to assist you inside the building at any point during your visit.
For peace of mind throughout your visit, Complexe Desjardins is equipped with a surveillance system that monitors both the shopping centre and parking lot areas.
Rules
The speed limit inside the parking lot is 10 km/h.
Do not leave any valuable objects in your vehicle in plain sight, and always check that your vehicle’s doors are locked. Studded tires are not allowed in the parking lot. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the parking areas and within 9 metres of the building.

Parking facilities at Complexe Desjardins are spread over three levels (P1, P2 and P3), with spaces for up to 1 046 vehicles.
You may access them day or night via the Jeanne-Mance St. or Saint-Urbain St. entrances.
When you arrive at the gate, take a ticket at the indicated place and keep it on hand. You will need it to pay at the machines near the elevators when leaving and then to exit the facilities.

Valet service
Available free, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., level P1, near the Jeanne-Mance St. entrance's elevators.
Escorting service
Free service for anyone who may feel uneasy about moving about in the parking areas alone, especially in the evening.
To use this service, simply call security services at 514 281-1313.
Reserved zone for people with reduced mobility
There are 15 parking spots, located on level P1 near two elevators, for the exclusive use of people with reduced mobility.
Bikes
Complexe Desjardins offers more than 250 free indoor places for bikes, on P1, near the St-Urbain street entrance.
Electric vehicle charging stations
34 charging stations of the Electric Circuit network are available in the parking areas—$1.50/hour.
Communauto zone
Communauto has four reserved spots for its electric vehicles. www.communauto.com
Washer fluid refill station
Fill up containers or reservoirs. Sold by the milliliter: $1.25/litre. Level P1, near the Jeanne-Mance St. entrance’s elevators.
Car wash
Our car wash service, located on level P3, will have your car looking shiny and clean (both interior and exterior). For more information: Autobella JM, 514 889-6225.

15$ Monday to Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday. * Ticket valid for a single trip, with no return option
Studded tires forbidden, access will be prohibited.
Lost ticket
In the event you lose your ticket, you will be charged $24, the cost for an entire day. (If your vehicle is seen in the same spot for more than a day, the cost will be $24 for each day of parking.)
Monthly permit (regular)
$311.58/month, taxes included. Gives access at all times to a space in the Complexe Desjardins underground parking lot. In the event that the parking lot is full, permit holders may use the valet parking service to park their car free of charge.
Carpooling option
You can share your access rights with people who carpool with you. Simply add their names to your file when you purchase a permit.
Monthly permit — Reserved space
$478.30/month, taxes included. Gives access at all times to a space in a secure section reserved exclusively for people who hold this permit. The section is located on Level P1, near the elevators at the Saint-Urbain Street entrance. Access is controlled by a security gate.
Note: We only issue a limited number each month.
Monthly permit with 10 unlimited in/out privileges
$180.51/month, taxes included. Gives unlimited in/out privileges to a space in the Complexe Desjardins underground parking lot for 10 days (consecutive or not) in a calendar month. In the event the parking lot is full, permit holders may use the valet parking service to park their car free of charge.
Access resets on each new calendar day; this means an entry at 10 p.m. on Monday and an exit at 6 a.m. on Tuesday will count as 2 used privileges.
Accesses not used at the end of the month are voided and cannot be added to the following month.
Monthly permit with 15 unlimited in/out privileges
$255.24/month, taxes included. Gives unlimited in/out privileges to a space in the Complexe Desjardins underground parking lot for 15 days (consecutive or not) in a calendar month. In the event the parking lot is full, permit holders may use the valet parking service to park their car free of charge.
Access resets on each new calendar day; this means an entry at 10 p.m. on Monday and an exit at 6 a.m. on Tuesday will count as 2 used privileges.
Accesses not used at the end of the month are voided and cannot be added to the following month.
Please note that parking access is managed in calendar months, from the first to the last day of each month. We cannot charge for less than a full month.
Monthly permits are automatically renewed each month. To cancel a permit, the permit holder must notify us before the 20th day of the month preceding the month they wish to cancel their renewal. Otherwise, the permit holder will be billed and will have to pay for the full month regardless.

IGA
2 hours of free parking with any purchase of $50 or more. Parking ticket must be validated at the customer service counter of the IGA grocery store.
